Cork International Film Festival, also known as the Cork Film Festival, is a film festival held annually in Cork City, Ireland. It was established in 1956 as part of An Tóstal, and is one of Ireland’s oldest and largest film festivals.
The festival will be on from the 07/11/24 – 17/11/24.
Screen Ireland will be hosting a skills workshop based on Smartphone Video Production & Editing, the workshop will last for 2 days from 06/11/24 – 07/11/24 and will be completely online!
Kodak have begun their new short film scheme which allows writers or small production companies to test their ideas before making a feature film.
Grants of up to £7000 pound are available towards the production costs of all short film or documentary productions, along with a unique category where filmmakers can opt to shoot on authentic 16mm Kodak film stock.
All winners are automatically eligible for consideration for the 2025 Raindance film festival!
